We wanted to share an update with you while we're working tirelessly on producing and fulfilling your orders. The support you’ve shown to us over the past 3 weeks means a great deal to all of us involved.
As shared with you last week, we have been experiencing some delays with getting orders out as we’ve pivoted to prioritize the healthcare-related face masks and garments in our queues. In just the past few days, we have been inundated with heavy volumes on our system. We assure you that our team are working around the clock to minimize the impact of the delays but given the significant volumes, we’re afraid that the delays are inevitable.
If you haven’t done so already, we’d ask that you adjust your messaging to your customers to help manage the expectations surrounding delivery times. We’d advise letting your end customers know that orders could take up to 10 business days. Due to the unprecedented impact of covid-19, most customers have become accustomed to this messaging from their most frequented retailers.
Our absolute priority is keeping our team healthy and providing great support to our business partners. As we continue to make strides in increasing our output and efficiencies, we anticipate that we will resume standard turnarounds by early May.
